On Founder’s Day, 28th December 2025, Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital launched Jeevan, a dedicated extension of the hospital designed to support patients requiring ongoing and specialised medical care.

The centre focuses on chronic disease management and advanced day-care therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, dialysis, paediatric chemotherapy care, and specialised day-care services.
