2012-13
- Our initiatives reach over 10 lakh people across 2,500 villages in 10 states and one Union Territory (UT).
- Reliance Foundation Information Services (RFIS) is launched in January 2013.
- Commencement of the Reliance Foundation Health Outreach Programme in Mumbai, reaching over 33,000 people through Mobile and Static medical units.
- Reliance Foundation launches Drishti, India’s first fortnightly Braille newspaper in Hindi.

2013-14
- Our initiatives reach over 4 million (40 lakh) people in 5,500 urban locations across 12 states.
- Reliance Foundation Junior NBA Programme launched in partnership with National Basketball Association (NBA) basketball.

2014-15
- Our initiatives reach over 5 million (50 lakh) people, across 5,500 villages in 12 states and 1 UT.
- Inauguration of Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre (RFH), a 345-bed multi-specialty hospital in Mumbai.
- Launch of Reliance Foundation Young Champs (RFYC), a full-time residential sports scholarship programme.

2015-16
- Our initiatives reach over 6 million (60 lakh) people across 10,500 villages and 50 urban locations in 14 states and two UTs.
- Announcement of Project ASMAN, in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, Tata Trusts and MSD for Mothers, to reduce neonatal and maternal mortality.
- Reliance marks the 20th anniversary of the Dhirubhai Ambani Scholarship programme, (12,776 scholars supported as of March 2020).

2016-17
- Our initiatives further expand, reaching over 12 million (1.2 crore) people across more than 12,500 villages and 74 urban locations.
- Launch of Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS), a nationwide competition to promote grassroots sports, reaching 20 lakh children in its first year.
- Digital Learning Van is launched in Mumbai and Thane districts of Maharashtra (since inception, this initiative has impacted 4,000 children from 10 government schools).
- Reliance Foundation commissions 17,000 Pichvai paintings from 100 Pichvai artists in Nathdwara, Rajasthan, to revive the artform.
- Reliance Foundation receives the India CSR Award, in recognition of its efforts to create water security, set up Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), and enhance communication through information services.

2017-18
- Our initiatives reach over 20 million (2 crore) people in 13,500 villages and 100 urban locations.
- Reliance Foundation joins the Swachh Bharat Mission – over 15,000 toilets constructed till date, and 87 project villages declared open defecation-free.
- RFYC named India’s best football academy, with a 4-star rating from AIFF’s accreditation programme.
- Tripartite MoU renewed between the Rajmata Jijau Mother-Child Health Nutrition Mission, Department of Women and Child Development (Government of Maharashtra), and Reliance Foundation, with the objective of improving child nutrition through anganwadis.

2018-19
- Our initiatives reach over 26 million (2.6 crore) people across 18,000 villages and 200 urban locations.
- 86 billion litres of water harvesting capacity created, securing water for 434 villages.
- The first edition of the annual Reliance Foundation Teacher Awards recognises the efforts of 1,000 teachers across the country.
- Reliance Foundation receives Letter of Intent under the UGC (Institutions of Eminence Deemed to be Universities) Regulations 2017, to set up Jio Institute – a world-class multidisciplinary university for research and lifelong learning
- MoU signed with the Government of Odisha to set up a world-class Athletics High Performance Centre in Bhubaneswar.
- Our Education For All (EFA) programme evolves into Education and Sports for All (ESA), combining our focus areas of education and sports for development
- Reliance Foundation receives the Golden Peacock Global CSR Award 2018 for promoting a culture of sports in India and creating a platform for young talent.

2019-20
- Initiatives reach over 36 million (3.6 crore) people in 37,000 villages and urban locations.
- Successful Recycle4Life campaign results in collection of a record-breaking 78 tonnes of single use plastic, with the support of 3 lakh volunteers.
- Reliance Foundation organises the first-ever NBA game in India, watched by 3,000 young basketballers from the Reliance Foundation Junior NBA programme.
- Reliance Foundation launches a water conservation awareness programme as part of the Jal Shakti Abhiyan, reaching over 10 lakh people.
- RFYC wins global recognition, awarded two stars under the AFC Elite Youth Scheme.
- Reliance Foundation hosts 4,000 underprivileged children from the Education and Sports for All (ESA) programme for a special preview of Jio Wonderland™ in Mumbai.

2020-21
- 51 million (5.1 crore) people reached through various developmental interventions at 44,700+ villages across the country
- 8.5 crore meals distributed through Mission Anna Seva during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Produced 11% of India’s total medical-grade oxygen cylinders, meeting the needs of one lakh patients on a daily basis
- 1.3 crore) masks distributed to 99 Lakh+ individuals across 22 states and two Union Territories.
- 27 Lakh litres of free fuel provided to 70,000+ notified emergency response vehicles

2021-22
- Touched lives of more than 57.5 million (5.75 crores) Indians in over 50,600 villages and urban centres.
- Through the Disaster Management programme, Reliance Foundation helped more than 1.7 Lakh people affected by 8 disasters in different parts of the country.
- Announced the first cohort of 10 grantee organisations under the WomenConnect India Challenge.
- Through Rural Transformation and Health initiatives, more than 18 Lakh farmers, fisher-folk, and Livestock owners strengthened their livelihoods.

2022-23
- Touched lives of more than 69.5 million (6.95 crore) people, impacting 54,200 villages.
- 5,100 new scholarships launched, as a tribute to Shri. Dhirubhai Ambani’s vision and belief in the youth of the country.
- Produced 11% of India’s total medical grade oxygen cylinders, meeting the needs of one lakh patients on a daily basis.
- Opened the doors of ‘Swadesh’ to showcase India’s most ancient and precious art forms.

2023-24
- Touched lives of more than 76 Million people, impacting 55,550 villages.
- Expanded the Olympic Values Education Programme in India through a significant MoU with the International Olympic Committee.
- Launched Vantara, a pioneering program for wildlife conservation, to protect and care for endangered species.
- Embarked on Plant4Life, a successful community-driven campaign to increase green cover and foster environmental consciousness.
