Reliance Foundation envisions India as a global
sporting power. By scouting the best of India’s
talent, Reliance Foundation seeks to strengthen
the country’s sporting ecosystem, from grassroots
to the elite level, across age-groups and from local
competitions to the Olympics. Reliance Foundation
focuses on holistic wellbeing of athletes and builds
character to foster leadership among youth. Its
Sports for Development programme has touched
the lives of 2.15 crore (21.5 million) young Indians
in the past decade. Reliance has established
world-class sporting infrastructure and the training
programmes it has created aim to unleash the
potential of athletes. Its nationwide competition
structures route talent to the highest level of
competition. This is augmented by dedicated
support to elite athletes to put India on the podium.
